No response from Airbnb

How do you get AIRBNB to respond,it seems impossible.they haed my nightly rates as $75,000 colombian pesos..which is right for 1 person not a whole family.5 people.they don't answer or respond.this is a joke.

You have control of your price.  The price is a "per night" fee.  If the per night fee is for only one guest, you have to add the additional costs per person in the "extra person charge" area.  So for each guest after 1, there is an additional charge of XX pesos.  

In "Pricing Settings", the bottom link "Extra Charges and Currency", there's where you enter the extra guest fee.

@Mike183 Just because you use Airbnb as your rental platform doesn\t mean they are responsible for making sure your prices are enforced. When checking your guests in you (or a representative/agent) will have to tell them that they booked for one and that the pricing needs to be adapted. You (or the agent) get on your device and change the booking accordingly, then have the booking guest confirm the change before your even show them the room or access the whole accommodation. Easy.
