Hi! So I put in a request for professional photography over three months ago and have not received a response. I'm located in Sydney, Australia and Airbnb states that the service is available in my area. Why haven't I received a response?
I have also had no response. Is there any way to remind AirBnb other than canceling and reapplying!? Where is customer service. PEople just ask questions on this forum and maybe get a response? This is ridiculous. As hosts, we are really putting ourselves out there and Airbnb gives us no life line whatsoever to resolve conflicts other than a community forum!? That is a big problem and explains why things like this are happening.
