No review prompt

The system hasn't sent me a review prompt for my second-last guest. I've received a prompt to review my most recent guest as per normal, but the one before (whom I particularly want to review as their communications were rather poor) remains unreviewed.

Hello @Jaqi0,

here are 2 to contact airbnb support:

Contacting Airbnb Via Twitter

I find the second best and easiest way to contact Airbnb regarding any issues I may be having is by using Twitter.  Airbnb seems to have dedicated staff who monitor their Twitter feeds and I usually hear back from them within 5-10 minutes of posting my isssue.

Step 1: Log into Twitter

Step 2: Search for @Airbnbhelp and choose "Follow" them

Step 3: Send a Direct Message (DM) explaining your issue and wait for their response.  They may ask for information such as your listing but always provide it over DM so it is not public.

Hi @Jaqi0,

sometimes it takes a day or 2 until you get the prompt for writing your review.

You also can go to -my profile - reviews - and there you should be able to enter the reviews, as I remenber you need to do this within 14 days.

@Ralf0, the problem is that the guest checked out on Sunday, it's now Thursday, and the system hasn't sent me the option to review him. I've had no email prompt, and when I go into reviews there's no link to the relevant guest booking there either. The next guest, on the other hand, has already checked in and out and been reviewed. It's frustrating that Airbnb offers no straightforward process for resolving such software glitches - I hope this one comes to their attention soon.

@Jaqi0,

This problem is new to me. I believe that only Airbnb support can fix this issue.

@Ralf5 - Yes, but how do I contact Airbnb support? All the links for help just lead back to the general info of the Help Centre, or the community forums.

Thank you so much!

Excuse me for writing, but I have a problem you may be able to help me with.

When a happy tenant forgets to leave a review, and the time lapses, is there any way of making contact with tenant as a reminder?

Thank you.

I have the same problem, only they no longer send me a review prompt, it just stopped. Its so frustrating not to be able to resolve these airbnb issues promptly. I still am losing out on reviewing guests and thats what this business is all about!!!  Good reviews, more guests!! Help
