I had no show guests last week. I waited until 23:00. and I contacted to Airbnb help center. Because guests never answered my question I tried to ask several about her arrival time, but she seemed like never check it. so I contacted to help center and they canceled guest's booking. and then I got about half payment from guest full payment for no show.
however, Airbnb took no show guest's payment from next guest's payment without any notice or inform us. so I contacted to Airbnb why you took my money without notice and I asked reason. but they said that it's security reason they can't tell about why. I asked several times, but they didn't tell about any reason. also I asked about no show policy. but they never answer it and closed case. does anybody have same issue before? and how can I get the no show guest's payment?
