No smoking!

Hi,

Even though I have the non-smoking preference checked in my ad, my guests were smoking like maniacs in my house.

I know because when I went there to feed the cat, as agreed, I saw LOTS of cigarret buds all over the house, not to mention the awful smell. I wrote them through Airbnb and reminded that mine is a non-smoking house, and asked them to stop. Still, when I received the house today, the evidence of their cigarets were everywhere again. 

Is there a penalty for this kind of infraction?

That's terrible.

Use the Resolution Center to charge them a fine that will cover for room freshners or extra cleaning that was required. Attach the receipts if you have any. Also attach pictures of the buds if you have any.

If they decline to pay, you'll receive an option to involve Airbnb to sort it with the guest.

I hope it works for you. 

Remember, always take pictures. If yiu have communicated with them over Airbnb messege, at a screenshot of that in the resolution center.
