I have not been paid out on a reservation for almost a week after check-in. Has anyone else ever experienced this? I typically am paid within 24 hours of check in, and I can't find a way to report this or look into it. Please help....
Similar situation. I've switched bank accounts and not received payout for last 3 guests. I can't find any customer service number anywhere. If anyone knows it or knows how to find it I'd really appreciate it.

I just had a guest at my apartment from 6th. July to 9th. July. Booking was made on Airbnb. I, too, can't seem to see any payment being made for the stay. I am at a loss as to where to get help on this matter. The guest was being charged SGD450 for the stay. Can anyone please help me?
Hi I have chosen PayPal as method of payment according to suggestions that it is fastest than bank account, however even though Airbnb has proceed with payment I am facing tremendous problems with PayPal. I have not received money sent to PayPal om 2nd of July and I immediately received money sent to my bank account (I changed method to Airbnb ) on 9th of July. Any bad experience with PayPal?
How can I see in what way I get paid? I cannot find this. So far I have only been a guest and now I am starting as a host.

I'm experiencing non-payment from AirBnb. The are also not answering the telephone, and on the one occasion they did they could not help me - saying it was impossible to contact the department that deals with payment. As I write this they have aswered the telephone and remarkably the lady is contacting the department... AirBnB are offering no explination as to why funds are being witheld, timescale or support. Any suggestions? Kindest Francis
This is currently happening to me today. I haven't received my payment and it's been three days. Every time I call I can't gat any satisfaction. I have been put on hold for over 30 minutes twice and have been hung up on twice. The people answering the phones can't tell me what's giong on. I keep getting put on hold and being told that someone will contact me. It's been 3 days and I am running out of patience and my bank account is in the negative because I get my payments the same day every month and pay my bills according to this schedule. They won't connect me to a supevisor. They won't call back. They won't release my money. They give tips on how to be a great host but they need to learn about customer service.
I had a guest check-in over two days ago. I have still not received notification from AirBnB of the payment transfer. I understand it will take up to 7 days for te funds to reach my account. Additionally where did the contact AirBnB function go. The help center is nothing but an endless circle of links taking you back to previous topics that do NOT help.
My account had been mysteriously "disabled" six weeks ago and I was not paid $1188 for a reservation I had on March 11. I sent 8 emails and called 5 times over the past six weeks and no action. Probably over 12 hours on phone alone. They said the "technical" staff was working on it and it had "high" priority!
I noticed someone said to tweet them because they are very sensitive about public exposure (which they don't get in customer service). I wrote a tweet outlining my frustration and demanding payment. Guess what - my account was unfrozen and I received payment the next day!
I am going to close my account with them anyway. I cannot deal with a company with such low regard for customer service.

He says its on his credit card. But he is not sending me evidence of that.
He says as soon as he booked my place it came of his credit card. That doesnt sound right since doesn't AirBnB only charge the guest the morning after they arrive?
I thought it was an automated system. How do guests 'not pay' then?

ive spoken to 100's of people and sent 100's of emails , everyone I've spoken to tells me something different , anyone out there that can help me ?
I had the same problem - they owed me $1200 for over 6 weeks after a guest left because they "suspended" my account for no particular reason. Someone suggested going to their Twitter account and mentioning my problem because they don't like bad publicity - I posted my complaint and I got my payment the next day!
I cancelled my account after that because I will not work with a company like this!
