Non Refundable Reservations in Beta

Has anyone tried the beta of non refundable reservations? Would like to hear about experiences... pros... cons...

@Magnolia13 I can only comment from a guest point of view.

When I see the two options I would rather pay more if the booking is far in the future. So I wouldn't choose the non-refundable option.

If it is a booking coming soon then i would choose the non-refundable option and pay less.
