Non affiliation disclaimer for recommendations made by host

Hello fellow hosts,

I run several apartments in Havana, Cuba and guests always ask for recommendations for tours and tour guides. I  have a few reliable contacts but I always make it clear to the client that I am not affiliated with the entity that runs the tours. Meaning that we are not responsible if for whatever reason the client is dissatisfied with the tours. I was just curious as to how other hosts go about situations like this.

Warm regards,

I just leave a few random brochures and pamphlets on a shelf and casually tell guests "I've never been on any of these tours and have no idea how good or bad they are (lol~) but I thought the brochures might help you if you need ideas for what to see or do. You can decide to either book tours or sightsee on your own, it's all really up to you 🙂 " and just leave it at that.

I try not to get involved in the actual booking process, if a guest decides to book a tour. I will help if they need assistance navigating the booking site for bus/train tickets or an entrance ticket but that's about it. I do provide a lot of information, links, make suggestions etc. but never anything too specific.
