Not 50% refund

Hello. My trip Payment Breakdown

€57.00 x 2 nights

Airbnb Service Fee (Includes VAT)

Coupon Savings
€100.95
Total Paid

So my plans changed and I need to cancel my reservation so when i select to cancel it it shows me that total refund is only 27euros when whole price was 100,95. As AirBnb Refund Policy says we need to get 50% refund if we cancel reservation 7 days or more.

So why i do not get 50% refund

Hello @Dominykas0 ,

Airbnb service fee is not refundable, also the coupon is not refundable.

Netto price paid is Euro 84,-

50% should be Euro 42,- 

Don't know why it is Euro 27,- , maybe some detail missing ?
