Not getting paid due to Airbnb technical issue

Have anyone had similar experiences?

My payout is not getting released due to Airbnb technical issue. I've contacted them by phone and message, but no estimated datevis given. It's been over 24 days after the scheduled payout date.

Can someone please help?

Hi just wondering if you have received ur payout?

how did u solve it? 
im having similar issue.Almost 2 weeks now. Seems like airbnb refuses to provide any proof that payout is being released.

call my bank no transaction has been whatsoever. This is on airbnb’s end.

20 days have gone by since guests left and we get the same BS answer from Airbnb about some technical issue. Apparently the engineers are not capable of solving a banking issue. Does anyone have any legal recommendations? I mean, Airbnb is holding money that is due to the owners. Here's their message to us.

I'm sorry you've been having trouble with your payout reservation with Kendall, Our Engineering is still working on the issue, and we’ve been investigating the cause of the issue, and we’re working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

We do not have an exact time frame for when the issue will be resolved, but once it has been sorted out, you will receive an email from us, detailing that payout has been released to you!

At this time, I will close this ticket.

Should you have any further questions or concerns, don't hesitate to contact us at bblah, blah blah and we will be happy to assist you! Please note that we are available 24 hours day, 365 days a year!

I imagine a letter from a lawyer would help. I'll keep you updated as the owners we work for are looking into that option. Seems quite ridiculous that Airbnb feels justified in simply claiming there's a bug so we are going to hold your money. I'm sure there's some small print somewhere and that's what they intent to find out; How long can Airbnb legally hold your money. I think the community should know.
