Not receiving notifications

I have been a host for a few years and recently stopped receiving sms and pushed notifications from Airbnb. My settings look okay, nothing changed.

I just lost 2 bookings within a week, and obviously my response rate has also taken a hit.

anyone had the same issue? I emailed airbnb a few times and looking for compansations
