Notice for bookings

Hello fellow hosts...

I just started listing my home on airbnb and I am finding that in the last two weeks I've received last minute reservations - like can we come tonight and stay for 2-3 days. This is too last minute for me and my partner, since we work full time. I am looking for a field on the host page that says what the advanced notice should be. My preference is a 48 hour notice so we can be prepared. We also have the preference of being on site for the check-in (not just leaving a key). Check out is ok for them to leave the key. I don't see anywhere that I can enter this as a requirement. If I just put it on the body of my description, I'm afraid people won't pay attention to it. Any help you can offer is appreciated.

Settings in calendar will allow you to select no same day requests. Other options also available as well.

• Host ( house icon)
• Manage Listing (click on listing to open default calendar page)
• Availability setting (Calendar icon, top right of page)
• Reservation preferences
• Advance notice (choose your preference here)
