Notifications still coming even after listing pulled

If I removed a listing, or deactivated it, why on Earth would AirBnB continue to send notifications about it from interested parties?

Look Engineering @ AirBnB, I understand this could be a corner case, but never the less, you didn't cover it.

I'm still receiving texts, notifications, and emails about inquiries even after the listing has been pulled.

The solution: Right before a notification goes out, please please please join to the listing and ensure it's still active.

If not, then quell the notification? K? K.
