Numbers gets filtered out even in confirmed reservations...

I am having significant problem with recent changes in policy.

Before I was able to text my guests a number to ring for key collection and delivery, but from a month or two Airbnb started to filter everything out.

A guest had a medical emergency, I texted the number of the local first aid and the message never got delivered...

I have a guest arriving tomorrow, I can't text the number to ring to collect the key...

This is becoming really unreasonable, I appreciate this getting filtered for UNCONFIRMED bookings but filtering for CONFIRMED bookings is nonsense.

I am now in really big troubles as I cannot comunicate the number to ring for key delivery and in case they have an emergency I cannot give them a number or a google map link!!!!!

I cannot host at these conditions, even direction to the hospital sent on google maps links get filtered out! What is this nonsense????

I agree.  I have experienced the same problem myself (regarding filtered-out numbers even after booking is confirmed).
