I came across the following passage on Hamburg Airbnb host info page and does anyone know the link to this online process? Thank you! What information do we need from our guests to pass to the city of Hamburg?

The law states that any host who provides a short-term rental to guests needs to notify the city of the duration of any guest’s stay within 10 days, unless they have an exemption. The City of Hamburg is planning an online process for such notifications, which will be live on April 1, 2019.

After a few months I found the place one has to notify the city about guests' visits. It is called Belegungkalendar. Hamburg hosts must enter the dates they rent out on this calendar within 10 days of guests' visits. How to enter the dates can be found here.
