Offering special offer - 0 earnings?!

I have a guest who has cancelled and wishes to rebook. I'm trying to offer a special offer, but on the summary page it says my earnings will be £0 (full price service fee?!). See screenshot here: https://ibb.co/c9FyHF

Am I doing something wrong? 😕

I do not think you can do a special offer on a cancelled booking.  Your guest would have to send you an inquiry and then you will see the special offer button.  As it stands now there is no booking as it has been cancelled.  

If there is a possibility to send a special offer, you would need to overrule the zero amount and enter the amount you would want to charge including the cleaning fee.
