A guest opening message to me after she instant booked our 6 bedroom home for the very busy upcoming christmas/new years dates was...
"Pls prepared 10 pairs of slippers and towel thx!!!!!!!!!!". Yup, no hi or hello. That was all.
She booked 8 nights for 6 guests. I am sure you all can figure out the inconsistency here??
So I had to ask her to cancel due to being untruthful in her booking. She did not want to cancel. I called airbnb and explained to them the situation. Once they read over the messages, they concluded the guest was caught in their lies and cancelled the booking.
Now asking for $30 more per night.
I thought this was rather comical but at least airbnb had my back on this one.
