I have a guest trying to extend their stay by one week, but when they book it, the charges are equivalent to five weeks. Has anyone encountered this problem? What is the solution?

The solution is to look up their booking in "my reservations", use the cancel or change tool, choose change, enter the new dates and overrule the suggested amount to the correct one including your cleaning fee if you have one.

the same thing happend to my guest why does this happen ?  They tried to include an extra night and ot went up to 380 per night ??   Anybody  this is madness
