Good day, 

you have mentioned that you payed out an amount of R3524,07 3 times but according to my bank statements I only received 2 payouts of the same amount and not 3. 

Kindly clarify and do not deduct any money unless you can provide proof that the same amount was payed out 3 times between the 5th and 12th of November as per your communication.

Hi @Yvette200 So sorry to what happened to you. It was also happened to me too for a email of deduct. Actually I believe it happened to everyone. You now post in Community Center web board so it will not have answer. I recommend you to contact help center for your concern.
