PAYOUT DELAY not solved more than 5 months

Good afternoon,

We have been a Airbnb Host for several years.

We have received a booking from 10/08 to 17/08 and until today,  after more thand 5 months, we have not received the payment!

We know the guest have one day before arrival ad one more person into his reservation and the Airbnb couldn't charge this extra person, so for that reason they didn't pay nothing to us ...

We have called and send emails several times claiming for the payment and the only (almost automatic) response was they did sent to another department in Airbnb and we have to wait for a response.

It's over 1,000 euros we're waiting for Airbnb to pay us!

We lost confidence in Airbnb, what a tremendous lack of respect!

The Portugal Customer Service Line is not a solution, do you know any other contacts where we can solve this problem? Or should we turn this subject public into the media to get a response and payment?

Hi just wondering if you have received ur payout?

how did u solve it? 
im having similar issue.Almost 2 weeks now. Seems like airbnb refuses to provide any proof that payout is being released.

call my bank no transaction has been whatsoever. This is on airbnb’s end.
