PAYOUT ISSUE

Hello, 

Hope you're doing well.

We are missing 2 big payouts on our account. We have hosted these 2 guests already and never got our payouts, this is becoming a habit now with Airbnb not paying us on time for reservations we are hosting. You know how hard we work and how bad 2020 and 2021 were for us hosts and continue to be here in Canada with ongoing travel restrictions. We have expenses and mortgage payments and staff to pay, we can't be late on these payments, so we need all our payouts ASAP please.

Below you will find the 2 amounts due almost one month ago already Total Payout missing: 4631,20$

$2,293.08

We have no help when we call in airbnb, they  always reply that they will escalate this issue.

Could anyone help me with this issue for missing payouts please, any email or department to request the missing payouts?

The community can not help you with payout issues. You can check your Transaction History pages to check the status of the payouts. You need to contact Airbnb if anything is wrong: Airbnb Help: contact 

The Financial department is a background office, you can not reach it directly, only via Airbnb CS. Payout issues can take a long time to get resolved, so be patience and frequently check the status of the open ticket. If going nowhere try Twitter (account: AirbnbHelp)

@LivE0 @Airbnb  I too am experiencing this! have you had success in solving this issue? They tell me the same thing - 'it has been escalated' but nothing ever happens. It has been over 7 weeks and numerous stays. Please help!
