PMS and chanel manager

Hello guys,

please advice good PMS&CM, where I can have inventory tracking, budgeting, and task manager except of regular functions.

And CM  with the ability of independent ical integration.

Before I dealt with Smoobu & Yeld Planet as CM and Booking automation as PMS  but for now their capability is not enough for us.

Hello. I have no idea what is all these PMS, CM.... also the meaning of Chanel management. I also heard that somehow this can help to give  only 3% back to Airbnb and not 15% that I do now. I really am lost. What is this all about.?
