PRICE URGENT HELP

Hi, I set my price for 98 on weekdays and 115 on weekends. However when I do the preview the listing, and I select for 7 days. It shows that it is 21 euros per night, but that is not what I set. And I have turned off all of the weekly discounts and monthly discounts. If someone knows please help!

Sounds like a technical fault.

1. Turn off IB if you have it turned on, so people can't book at this rate.

@Cristina1304 I've had a look at your listing and it is coming up with a price of 150 euros/night if I put in a 7 night stay in August. It's the same pricing (150) if I put in a weekend stay or a week day stay so the pricing doesn't seem to have been set properly for the weekdays & weekends.

You should definitely turn off instant book. Airbnb will push you to use it, but as a new host it's less stressful if you get reservation requests. That way you can get to know a bit about the guests who want to stay with you & hopefully weed out the badly behaved guests.

You might also want to consider charging for additional people (maybe over 4 or 6?) as you're currently charging the same price no matter if 1 person or 10 people stay. There is a huge difference in the amount of bedding & towels used between 1 person and 10 (plus electricity etc that the guests use).
