I am wondering how, when I have set prices on my calendar for summer and winter, how people are coming up with random prices and requesting to book? Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Bill,

What do you mean by random prices? Do you mean that they ask if it's okay to pay you X amount instead? If not, maybe you activated the smart pricing function in which Airbnb determines the price they use to advertise your listing.

On a computer (using Chrome or Firefox) go to your listing's calendar an review the prices for each night. Maybe you had a typo and placed the wrong price.
