Hi,

I want to know that, is the all prices including breakfast that we put in airbnb. As airbnb concept is bread and breakfast. Is there any way we can sell room only and mention no breakfast?

Airbnb does not require you to provide breakfast even though they created the name based on the concept of “bed and breakfast”. It has never been required, to my knowledge. Unless you state that you include breakfast, no one will expect it.

As @Donna240 says, do not tick the box shown below if not providing breakfast.

Hi @Metro-Pratunam-Boutique-0 as others have said you’re under no obligation to provide breakfast- the AirBedAndBreakfast name is now known as Airbnb as a brand name. Similarly, online retailer ASOS was originally known as As Seen On Screen, and used to only sell clothes and looks spotted on celebrities in the media- now they do nothing of the sort.

I provide breakfast to ensure that I stand out from other listings in London, most hosts don’t provide breakfast as standard.

I factor the cost into my pricing strategy, so I don’t miss out on profit.

Offering breakfast is something my guests love, they will usually mention this at review time which really helps with getting more bookings!
