Please can someone help me... I am trying to login to my account as a host... the password won’t work so I press reset but every time they send a link it says the link is already used. I have tried help it but they are only interested in guests and I can’t get through on any of the numbers... I have guests arriving and really need to know when etc... please please help getting desperate here now ...

I'm so sorry to hear this - are you trying to log in via the app or on the website?
Just to be sure, I would delete all of the password reset emails you have now, and then give it one more go. As soon as you click to request a new email reset link it will expire any previous links, so if there is a slight delay on the email coming through then you can get stuck in a loop.
Can you confirm if you did get in touch with Support on this too?

thank you so much for your help...
I am afraid this hasn’t worked... I have left endless messages through the bot help and the best I get is that they will come back to me. We used to be able to speak to someone who sorted this sort of thing. It seems such a shame that there is no way if contacting a human being... it never used to be like this and wasn’t throughout the early days of Covid... I know being a super host doesn’t mean much but I have two houses let full time and not being able to log in on a computer is a nightmare... I really can’t manage them properly from the app on my phone...
I am sorry to ask for further help but do you happen To know a means of contacting customer services which actually works?
if I can’t get this sorted I am going to have to think seriously of taking the houses of air b n b - such a shame as it is / was a great platform...

I am also having the same problem as George.
The password reset just expires before I have the chance to use it !!
I am very frustrated that a ‘simple’ password reset has now taken three hours of my life and I am unable to find anyone to help.
