Pay out issue

Hai, i have problems here about my pay out. 4 times call bnb, and 5 times call bank. Bnb said payment done, but in  my bank statement and system dont have any transaction. Here, what i not satisfied all payment clear, just missing one payment. So, when bank check the transaction, its come from local company,and local bank. So what i think, bnb use agent to make payment. Bnb already done do the payment, just the agent not pay to me. It not international bank trnfr. (maybe) so now what should i do for get my payment missing?
