URGENT!!!
Hello. So, basically I've tried to book an accommodation on Thursday 29th, 2016. It asked for the billing statements for the card, so I put it in and sent it to get approved. It stated in the e-mail that it wouldn't take longer than 24 hours. However, here I am today with no accommodation booked. It's the 3rd of January, 2017. This is very disappointing since I urgently need an accommodation. I have e-mailed airbnb ( mutliple e -mails ). I have tried calling them, but it turned out that was impossible too. I tried sending them an e-mail through their help center on their website. I've sent multiple times but it ended with no reponse. This is very disappointing because I still urgently need an accommodation. If anyone has any kind of advice or help, please let me know. Thanks in advance.
