Payment amount incorrect

Hi All.  I have smart price on and have someone who booked in December which is very high season in South Africa.  My rate is R3710 during the time the guests booked on Airbnb but they were only charged R3070 which is incorrect and quite difference for 7 nights accommodation.  Why is that?  thanks Magda
