Payment issue

we had some guests stay with us and on their last day they asked if they could extend their stay a day.. the day was blocked off as we were expecting family to visit but we unblocked and let them book and stay.  they have been gone over a week and were great guests, but the second transaction is still pending? we have recieved payment on 2 other guests since they have left. what do we do?
