Payment issue

Why can I not select payment by bank transfer? My money is in and despite having set up a PayPal acct I have to claim this? Can't get this to work either. If not resolved by a certain date it gets returned to the guest?!

@Linda1527  No, the money won't be refunded to the guest. But your post is confusing. Did you set up to get paid to your bank account or Paypal? What does your transaction history say for this reservation? If this was your first booking, you have to wait 30 days to get paid.
