My guests paid in advance for theyr stay, but the plataform doesnt let me go through any payment method.
@Sara725 if you are having trouble setting up how AirBnB will send money to you, you should contact AirBnB support.
Do not worry about your guest's money; AirBnB has it and will send it to you at the appropriate time (assuming you have set up your payment method).
