I need help/support/advise, please.
I am not receiving payments for the last 2 months from Airbnb for my own 3 properties. I am listing the properties from the middle of 2018 and before I was receiving the payments without any problem. Now I am receiving emails that my payments were returned back to the sender (Airbnb) due to bank account wrong registration. I didn't change the bank account, it's still the same as was during my first listing and registration on Airbnb.
Airbnb asked me to remove my bank account details registered with them 5 !!! times in the last one month and then put in back again. Just now I did it 5th time and need to wait 5 days for the approval.
My properties listed as well on bookingcom and I am receiving payments from day 1 without any problems to an exactly the same bank account. No stress at all.
With Airbnb I am completely shocked now, calling them every day for 1-2 hours during the last 2 months, they told me to call Payoneer. I call another 1-2 hours to Payoneer. Daily !! They requesting me to send many details. I send. One week later Payoneer telling me to contact Airbnb again. Or requested me again send them the same documents which I send them one week ago.
My apartments nearly fully booked but I am not receiving the payments.
I am starting to think to cancel all the bookings and my account with Airbnb and remove all my properties from there. Wasting my time every day without any result at all and not receiving the payments.
Is anyone was facing the same problems? Is there any chance to receive the money from Airbnb or i just need to exit immediately and remove all my properties from the listing and cancel all the bookings which I have till April 2020?
Please advise which options I have?
