Airbnb sent me an email day after the check in (23.08.2017)

"Hi Sofiya,

We're sorry to let you know that we didn't receive payment from **** for their Aug 22 - 24, 2017 reservation request at ***.
Because we didn't receive payment from the guest, the reservation request has been automatically declined without any penalty to you. Your calendar has been cleared, and the dates are available again for guests to book.

@Sofiya2 Oh my goodness, that is not good! I suggest getting Air on the phone immediatly. Have you asked the guest about this? How long are they staying? Please update us, it sounds like something fell through the cracks here:(.

They are staying only 2 nights. 

How can I contact Airbnb directly? I never could find the phone number. 

I also send the message to the host but he didn't answered me yet

The guest just wrote me that he will check

 

OK at least the guest is responding. I only have the US number's for Air which probably won't work in Panama, but here they are. 855-424-7262 and 415-800-5959. If you can't find the number for CS in Panama I think it shows on the guests confirmation, I have also heard Twitter gets Air's attention pretty quickly:), good luck.
