Payment not received

Hi,

Is anyone else having problems receiving payments from airbnb today ?  We should have received a payment yesterday which didn't arrive.  After talking to them, they have said their is a problem either with them or paypal (who we don't get paid by) but there are other people affected and they don't know what the problem is but the payment should be in my account by the 14th.  I am rather concerned in case they have been hacked as they can't give me a straight answer what has happened.

Would be interested if anyone else is experiencing the same problem.

I kind of had this issue yesterday January 7. My payment is usually in my PayPal account and hour or so after checkout; I checked at 730 p.m. Nothing there; so I emailed Airbnb, no reply but the money was in the account at about 815 p.m... I was getting concerned because I had heard of some PayPal issues that were happening. Not sure if it was Airbnb or PayPal problem though. Still waiting on payment for last night's guest.. we'll see.

Thanks for the reply Cindy, have had an update from airbnb to say lots of people are affected.  They might have a bug in the system and payments are not going out.  Anyone else have any problems ?  They do not know when this situation will be rectified.  I am very concerned as I have more guests arriving tomorrow.  Have you been paid yet ?

We have the same problem as well,we have not received the payment since Janunary 2019.We were told that we should wait for 30 day for the payments to be made but nothing has come yet.

Kindly assist me with the number that i can contact or the email address.
