Due to the guests came to my place and they spent 2 nights there. But now, would you please help me find out why the payout is not released yet. Now I received the payout from other after this booking.

I hope you don't mind, but I have moved your post here as I felt it was going to get a little lost in the thread you posted it in. 

In terms of your question, just to highlight, the CC is for host to host discussion and therefore it isn't managed by any of the Support Team. This said though, when did you guests check-in and how long have your been waiting for your payment?
