Payment query - Airbnb Community

Payment query

Hi, just wondering if anyone can help me. I am due for a payout but have had a message from Airbnb requesting payment method before I can get my payment. I have already checked and my payment details are already available for them. I have never had this query in the past when getting payouts and hoping it is legit.
