Good day, can someone please help me on the following..I do have a guest in my apartment that would like to extend his stay, he did send me a request that I did approved, but according to him does the app not allow him to make the payment? Can any one please assist me.
If a reservation is extended, Airbnb is charging the price difference. If the guest can not make the payment for some reason, the guests need to contact Airbnb. It is not something you, as a host, can resolve. Normally a guest has max. 24 hours to make the payment. Keep an eye on your Transaction history pages and do not let the guest stay if there a payment issues.
