Hi ...my payment is not going through.  Can Airbnb system admin assist as to why it's being declined?

Hello @Shirley316 

we are a community of hosts (primarily) who use Airbnb- we do not work for them. 

I would suggest you get ahold of them, something I notice is sometimes changing to google chrome helps in this situation (think their site becomes more stable here).

If it is possible for you, for the first guest, check-in time, a host  is paid after about 30 days.  And afterward, every 24 hours. Also you could see this link :
