My guest is having trouble paying and she hasn't received a confirmation email from airbnb when I accepted, only one from me thanking her for the booking.  She says she added her payment details at the time of the booking but now there is nothing to say pay here.

Try Twitter, I joined it last week to solve a similar issue with our guest.  Go to airbnbhelp and send a DM (direct mesage) not a Tweet.  They will have it solved in no time.  Seriously, took about 10 mins total! 🙂  Good luck & happy hosting!
