Payment

My guest is asking if they have paid already for their upcoming visit. I see how/when a host gets paid, but how do I answer my guest as to when "their " funds are drawn on their end. Is it automatic for them when they book??? Please help me so I can help my guest.

@Tim584  Go to the reservation and check the status. If it says Accepted Airbnb has collected full payment from the guest and the booking is complete. If it has another status you can check it at the link below to see what it means.
