Payment

Good morning

Im due to host my first client this weekend checking in on Saturday and staying for two nights.  The client has said that they have made their payment on the system.  

Can anyone just confirm when the payment would reach me.  I see on the site that payment may take up to thirty days to reach me?  

Im fearful I rent my space and the money does not come in for a considerable length of time or not at all.

As this is my first booking Im keen to ensure this goes well including meeting the client, exchanging keys etc and that they have a seemless and enjoyable stay

Hi Mark

Provided you have given ABB correct banking details, you can relax. Typically, the day after each check-in you will receive an email from them, confirming that payment has been released. The longest I have ever waited for this to reach my bank account has been 3-4 days, when payment was released on the Friday before a public holiday weekend. Far more commonly it is there the next working day, and "up to 30" I suspect is to cover a worst-case scenario. All the best for your first stay!
