Hi

Do I have to request a payment from my guests or is this automatic?  How do I know they paid they have paid already?

Everything is automated @Barb87 so long as you've added a payout method to your account.

Plus new hosts have to wait upto 30 days for the first payout, you can check payments in your transaction history.

Thank you. I was confused as it has an option via my inbox that says 'send a message' , 'request payment'. I was confused why that option was there.
