Dear Airbnb.
1.

Today I received an offer for guests 6 days x 75 EUR = 450 EUR (17.7.-23.7.2016)
My special offer was 431 EUR ($ 416) after deduction of Service fee.
Guests have paid 12159 CZK = 450 EUR and I was not informed on my phone. Usualy I was informed.
On my screen, I see figure: Confirmation code NB8BKS 63 EUR x6 = 377 EUR-14 EUR = 363 EUR- my earn. Where is the error?

Sorry. I request my payment of 450 EUR and deduction of Service fee.

I had guests for one night 13/07/2016.
Guests have paid 75 EUR -reduced by Service fee.
I have received only 42 EUR.
That is not fair. The explanation was that I refused the guests in March, who have already paid for. THIS IS NOT TRUE. Guests did not pay. Money no one has returned to anyone. Airbnb has had no costs. Please check!

This is not airbnb customer service. This is a forum for other hosts to share knowledge and ideas.

What makes this forum look like customer service to some people?  Is the title of the forum confusing?  "Community Help".  I guess it has the word "help" in it... Maybe that is the problem?
