When I've have a payment issue I contact Airbnb Help on twitter. They always respond within a few hours.
If you are on Twitter then search for "Airbnb Help" and follow it. Then send a message with your question and the configrmation code.
If you're not on Twitter then I'd suggest opening a Twitter account as it is, in my experience, a good way to contact Airbnb customer support.
