airbnb have not paid me a payment due on 1 december 2016 (over a month ago for over £1000) and not paid me the payment due on 1 Jan 2017 ( for the same guest ) my guest assures me he has paid them on time, 

 

I have rang airbnb on several occasions but they stonewall me

 

There answer

 

"Its with the payment dept, you cant contact the payment dept, we will send an internal emailm we cant help you further"

 

Is airbnb withholding my payment illeagally ?

Hi @Tina100,

 

I'm sorry to hear you have had issues receiving your payouts. You posted this a couple of days ago - have you received the money since then? Have you heard from or been in contact with Airbnb again? Many hosts find Twitter is a good way to contact them.

 

I have moved your post here to a new thread, as, like @Linda108 said, it's best to ask new questions in new threads so they don't get lost in other conversations. It will be easier for others to find it here and hopefully give you advice!
