My guests say they want to pay with paypal and that they have used it before on Airbnb but when they want to book my house it is not available. Can I do to change somethning in my settings or their payment has nothing to do with me and my settings. I also did not input a pay out method for me, is that related? Thank you.

@Neda1 If I understand your question correctly, yes, you need to establish a payout account on Airbnb as all reservation payments must go through them.  It is against Airbnb's Terms of Service for anyone to pay you and for you to accept any payments outside of the Airbnb payment processing system. Dear Clare, I am sorry my question was obviously a bit confusing. I did not planed to take payments out of Airbnb but the problem is that the guest who want to book my house said that they cannot make payment with paypal. I just want to know is that usual and will they be able to do so now when I have added a payout method (I did not write it till now). Thank you for yor reply

@Neda2 If your guest is having problems paying with their paypal account that is a separate issue from your just having set up your payment preference.  Your guest needs to figure out what is wrong with their account and/or contact Airbnb to get their payment processed.  

When is their reservation?  Once the guest gets their payment sorted out, you will receive a message from Airbnb approximately 24 hours after check in to tell you that they have sent your payout.  It takes about 2-3 days after that for your account to be credited depending on holidays, weekends, etc.
