Reviews

Hi, A nice family recently stayed at our house, and the experience for both of us was positive. I left the guest a five-star review, but she did not complete her own review. I sent her a quick email to encourage her to do so. She wrote back and said she had written four reviews but due to a glitch in the airbnb system, she could not complete. (When she hit the continue button, it all went south, every time). This is the third time I have heard from a guest that they wanted to give us a positive review, but the airbnb system failed them. (Or at least they believe the airbnb system was at fault. There's no telling whether there was some sort of other technical issue at work). In any event, none of the guests, nor I, have been able to figure out how to contact airbnb to get resolution. Is there a way to do this? I can't figure out where to send a help message. Thanks.

we received a very positive revew from guests. the guest was new to airbnb and placed the majority of the review in the private viewing section, which I am almost certain was done in error.  what would be the best way to rectify this situation?

Although it may not be completely pc, I once took over something I'd seen on another host's page.

In my public response to the guest review I stated "Further from guests' private review secton" and copy/pasted that text.

Hi Josh,

Apologies that I'm not here to answer your question - but just to say that I've come into the community with exactly the same question as you and am hoping to find an answer.  It seems to be almost impossible to contact Airbnb directly as well - aside from a telephone number which I don't want to use as I find email much easier with two small children.  So yes, if you do find an answer to your question - please let me know!  Thanks. Emily
