Hi there, I have a guest trying to pay online but for some reason it is not allowing her too. Please can someone assist? or who can I contact. I had pre-approved her

As the guest pays Aribnb and doesn't pay the host, all payment issues are something for the guest to discuss with Airbnb support.

As hosts there's nothing we can do excet to point this out to the guest and suggest that they contact Airbnb support.

 

You can suggest that they click on "Help", then on "Visit the Help Centre" and then on the "Contact us" button near the end of the page to see a phone number and a message link for Airbnb support.

I agree with @Steve143 @Kristen90

 

If your guest has a problem with payment they need to call Airbnb in their country and ask for their help. Either there is a technical glitch or they don't have the funds to make the payment - either way they need to resolve with Airbnb.

 

Personally I never pre-approve bookings - it has no value for the host. If the guest wants to make a confirmed booking then they will.
