Airbnb currently is holding over $50,000 worth of my bookings These are reservations that people have come spend their time here had a great time left wrote a wonderful 5-star review and Airbnb still has yet to release the money to me? this started the 3rd week of February and is continuing to happen. I have over $35,000 worth of bookings that have come and gone so far this month and I’ve only received five direct deposit’s for a total of under $6000 I’ve been with Airbnb for almost a year and have never had any issue. I started a ticket with the help department on the 11th and I have yet for someone to reply to me. I’ve called four or five times and get the same exact reply each time. Someone from safety and trust will email you within a few hours. I’m about to lose my business and I don’t know what to do? do I cancel The $228,000 worth of up coming bookings? I can’t have people check in if I don’t have lights or cable or running water. I am Absolutely beat down and don’t know what to do. I am a small family run business it’s just me and one full time house keeper. I clean too. And two part time people that won’t come to work if I can’t pay them. Is this happening to other people?
